Q. What products can be personalised?
A. We can personalise a wide range of products including luggage tags, compact mirrors, wine charms, candles, leather accessories, ornaments and more. If you haven't chosen your wedding favours yet, we're also happy to recommend suitable options or assist with sourcing (quoted separately).
Q. Do you supply the products?
A. The package prices on this page cover the live personalisation service only and do not include the products themselves. You're welcome to supply your own products, or we can assist with sourcing suitable options for an additional cost.
Q. What time will the artist arrive?
A. We typically arrive around one hour before your reception begins to allow time for setup and testing. The artist will remain on-site for the duration of your selected package.
Q. How much space do you need?
A. We recommend a space of approximately 3m × 3m, along with a table and two chairs. If your venue has limited space, let us know and we'll work with you to find a suitable setup.
Q. How many artists will I need?
A. We generally recommend:
- 1 Artist – Ideal for weddings of up to 120 guests.
- 2 Artists – Recommended for weddings of 120–250+ guests to reduce waiting times and ensure a smooth guest experience.
We'll always recommend the most suitable setup based on your guest numbers, products and reception timeline.
Q. Can guests choose what is personalised?
A. Absolutely. Depending on the product, guests can usually choose their name, initials or a short word. We'll recommend the most suitable personalisation style based on the product you've selected.
Q. What if guests all arrive at once?
A. Our artists are experienced at managing guest flow during weddings and events. We'll recommend the appropriate number of artists based on your guest count and timeline to help minimise queues and keep the experience running smoothly.
Q. Do you test the products before the wedding?
A. Yes. If we're working with a product we haven't personalised before, we'll request a sample so we can test and confirm the most suitable personalisation technique before your wedding day. This helps ensure the highest quality result.
Q. Do you have any tips for making the experience even better?
A. We recommend asking your MC or DJ to announce the activation a few times throughout the evening. This creates excitement, encourages guests to participate and helps ensure everyone has the opportunity to collect their personalised keepsake.
