FAQ
Q. What time will you arrive if I choose the live calligraphy package?
A. Typically, we aim to arrive an hour before the commencement of your reception for setup, and our departure is contingent upon the duration of the booking—extending either until the conclusion of the event or after the distribution of all personalised items to the guests, as per your specified timeframe.
Q. What do you need to ensure a seamless, well-executed personalisation process?
A. For optimal results, please provide us with a guest list at your earliest convenience, enabling us to initiate the personalisation process asap, ensuring ample time for completion as guests typically interact with us towards the conclusion of the event.
Q. How big is the area you require?
A. Facilitating a seamless process would be greatly aided by your collaboration in designating a space for us, ideally measuring at least 3m x 3m; the provision of a table and adjustable chairs would be appreciated, but we are also equipped to bring our own if needed.
Q. How many calligraphers will there be?
A. In the case of a wedding hosting 150+ guests, a minimum of two calligraphers will be present at your reception.
Q. What other tips do you suggest?
A. Based on our experience, an opportune moment occurs when guests, or a portion of them, have received their customised flute or wine glass before the toast (assuming that's what you want personalised); therefore, it would be beneficial for the DJ to prompt them to initiate and collect their personalised memorabilia leading up to that significant moment.
