Q. What time will the calligrapher arrive for live, on-site personalisation?
A. Typically, we aim to arrive an hour before your reception for setup. Our departure depends on the booking duration, extending until the event concludes or all personalised items are distributed.
Q. What do you need to ensure a seamless, well-executed calligraphy personalisation experience?
A. For optimal results, please provide us with a guest list at your earliest convenience. This allows us to pre-prepare personalised items like place cards, escort cards, or small gifts, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for your guests.
Q. How much space is needed for a live calligraphy engraving station at my wedding?
A. We recommend a dedicated space of at least 3m x 3m for a comfortable setup. A table and adjustable chairs are appreciated, but we can bring our own if needed.
Q. How many calligraphers will be present at my wedding?
A. For weddings with 150+ guests, we provide at least two calligraphers to ensure efficient service and minimise wait times.
Q. Do you offer calligraphy services for wedding invitations and stationery?
A. Yes, we offer in-studio calligraphy services for wedding invitations, stationery, thank you cards, and more.
Q. What other tips do you have for a successful calligraphy experience at my wedding?
A. Consider having your DJ or MC announce when guests can collect their personalised items. This helps create excitement and ensures everyone receives their keepsakes.
