GENERAL SERVICE AGREEMENT
Please READ carefully, as this pertains to the Agreement of your registration with any of the products sold (sometimes referred to as Program) by Kimlligraphy & Kimmunity (sometimes referred to as “Company”). Before you use or browse through this website in any manner, you are agreeing to be bound by and are becoming a party to this agreement. If you do not agree to all of the terms of this agreement, do not use or subscribe to our services or place an order over www.kimlligraphy.com.au. or www.kimmunity.com.au. We reserve the right to change the terms of this agreement in the future and any changes will apply to your use of the website after the date of purchase. By purchasing our products, you (sometimes referred to as "Client" or "Student") agree to the following terms stated:
TERMS OF AGREEMENT
The Term of this Agreement (the “Term”) will begin on the date of this Agreement and will remain in full force and effect indefinitely until terminated as provided in this Agreement.
Purchases via Kimmunity for the membership programs are non-refundable.
PROGRAM
Kimlligraphy and Kimmunity agrees to provide course content, identified as an online course aid, to help students grow their calligraphy skills. Student agrees to abide by all policies and procedures outlined in this Agreement as a condition of their participation in any of our programs.
Students in the Kimmunity membership program receives access to the fortnightly live Q&A masterclasses. The number of sessions they receive depends on the package they've purchased. For example:
Masterclasses for each student are only available within your membership timeframe plus one extra month to compensate for the arrival of the kit and participation of the online course. Thus, clients have 4 months from date of purchase to attend all masterclasses.
Masterclasses for each student are only available within your membership timeframe. Thus, clients have 6 months from date of purchase to attend all masterclasses.
It is each student's responsibility to book in their masterclasses (the link is provided on the private Facebook group).
MEMBERSHIP USE:
Each membership is only valid for the one member who signed up. Sharing of membership features and resources is strictly prohibited eg. Only the registered member can access the online course and attend the masterclasses.
BACKGROUND:
1.) The Client is of the opinion that the Company has the necessary qualifications, experience and abilities to provide services to the client.
2.) The Company is agreeable to providing such services to the Client on the terms and conditions set out on this Agreement.
DISCLAIMER
Client understands Kimlligraphy and Kimmunity are not an employee, agent, lawyer, doctor, manager, therapist, public relations or business manager, registered dietitian, or financial analyst, psychotherapist or accountant. Client understands their participation in this program will not treat or diagnose any disease, illness, or ailment and if they should experience any such issues they should see their registered physician or other practitioner as determined by their own judgment.
Client understands that neither Kimlligraphy, nor Kimmunity, has not promised, nor shall be obligated to, the following:
a.) Success in business, results, and sales for the Client.
b.) Procure any publicity, social media exposure, interviews, write-ups, features, television, or print promotions for the Client.
c.) Introduce Client to Kimlligraphy’s full network of contacts, media, or business partners. Client understands that a relationship does not exist between the Parties after the conclusion of this program.
PAYMENT PLAN
Client understands that recurring failed payments to Kimmunity will result in the removal of their membership and access to the video modules, private support group and masterclasses. If Client initially signed up with a special price or discount and wishes to rejoin, he/she will incur the full membership price. If the Client decides to rejoin after 30 days or later, they will be required to start the program from the beginning instead of continuing from where they left off.
FINANCIAL OBLIGATION
Client is responsible for the completion of all payment plans associated with products they purchase. We reserve the right to seek recovery of any monies remaining unpaid via our Collection Agency.
Payments made are Non-Refundable. All amounts paid hereunder shall be nonrefundable once paid.
