Referral Partner Program T&Cs

By participating in the Kimlligraphy Referral Partner Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Eligibility
This program is open to individuals aged 18 and over who refer businesses, agencies, or clients that book paid services with Kimlligraphy. We reserve the right to accept or decline any referral at our discretion.

Referral Rewards
Referral rewards will only be issued for new clients who book a confirmed, paid service within 6 months of your referral submission. Rewards will be issued as one of the following: beautifully crafted gifts, a gift voucher, or other agreed-upon perks. Reward structures are subject to change and will be communicated in advance where possible.

Qualified Referrals
A referral is only considered “qualified” once the referred client completes payment. Self-referrals or existing/previous clients of Kimlligraphy do not qualify.

Payment Timing
Referral rewards are typically issued within 30 days of the referred project’s completion and payment. Kimlligraphy reserves the right to delay or deny payment if there are disputes, cancellations, or unpaid invoices.

Still a Thank You
If the person you refer does not book a service, we still appreciate your effort. You will receive a small surprise thank-you gift for your referral.

Promotion & Conduct
Participants must promote Kimlligraphy ethically and in alignment with our brand values. Misrepresentation or spamming may result in removal from the program.

Program Changes
Kimlligraphy reserves the right to update, pause, or terminate the Referral Partner Program at any time without notice. Existing qualified referrals will still be honoured.

No Employment or Agency
Participation in this program does not constitute any form of employment, agency, or formal business partnership with Kimlligraphy.

First-Time Referrers
If this is your first-time referral, please fill out the referral form so we can add you to our system and ensure proper rewards tracking.

By submitting a referral, you confirm that you have the referred client’s consent to share their details and understand these terms.
