Q. Is catering included?

A. Catering is not included in the three packages listed above. However, we can customise your experience to include catering—simply indicate your preference on the questionnaire.

Q. What do you need to ensure a seamless, well-executed personalisation process?

A. For optimal results, please provide us with a guest list at your earliest convenience, enabling us to initiate the personalisation process asap, ensuring ample time for completion as guests typically interact with us towards the conclusion of the event.

Q. How big is the area you require?

A. Facilitating a seamless process would be greatly aided by your collaboration in designating a space for us, ideally measuring at least 3m x 3m; the provision of a table and adjustable chairs would be appreciated, but we are also equipped to bring our own if needed.

Q. Are furnitures provided?

A. Furnitures are not provided in the packages shown. However, let us know if you require us to bring our table and chair.

Q. How long will you be present at our event?

A. It depends on your needs, but since our role is to add an extra touch of luxury to your event, we aim to be present for the entire team gathering, typically lasting between 1 to 3 hours.

Q. Can you host a mindfulness workshop as well for team building?

A. Our live calligraphy services complement your event planning. The packages shown above do not cover live workshops. However, we can tailor your experience to include workshops —just indicate your preferences on the questionnaire.
