Processing Time

The processing time for orders is determined by the complexity of the design and the total number of items requested. Custom or bulk orders may require additional time to complete. Orders needed within 7 days are subject to a rush fee. Please contact us to confirm availability and discuss expedited processing options.

Shipping Delays

While we aim to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to peak periods such as public holidays or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g., courier delays or adverse weather conditions). We encourage placing orders well in advance during busy seasons.

Liability

Once your order has been dispatched from our Sydney, Australia studio and handed over to the shipping carrier, Kimlligraphy is not liable for any delays, loss, or damage that may occur during transit. Where applicable, tracking information will be provided to help you monitor your shipment’s progress.
