Refund Policy

a) As part of our commitment to our clients, we are confident that you will love Kimmunity Beginners! In the case that you have any questions regarding Kimmunity, please email support@kimlligraphy.com.au 

b) Students are entitled to a full refund within 30 days when the following conditions are met:

• When a refund is requested within 30 days of purchase of the course and;

• You find there is a major problem. A major problem include circumstances where the course is faulty or is significantly different from its description

c) A major problem does NOT include:

• a change of mind;
• choosing the wrong course where the student had a few to choose from;
• change in circumstances (including financial hardship); or
• unwillingness or inability to comply with the requirements of a course (including a lack of time to complete the course or program)
